Dear students, for this weekly forum we will discuss about the managerial competencies that you consider could be important to develop in order to work properly with others and achieve the goals of the organization in the short, medium and long term. You must answer one or both questions with a response of at least 200 words and using at least one reference in APA style.  A) How do you think the school can help in developing those competencies? Why do you consider some classmates have not consolidates these competencies? B) Provide an example of a business which is well known for building those competencies in their employees?
