By implementing it in teamwork or even when the teachers ask us to do something they do it and be the role models/examples to us students, also by teaching it to us in fun and passionately because sometimes they lack either passion or creativity and that may not be excellent for some students. Also it isn’t only the teachers that have to be passionate but also us as students need to do our part and work hard to learn and that way it helps us in the future. I think that some students may not have developed these competencies because school is one-size-(supposedly)-fits-all instruction. But people aren’t one-size learners. People learn in all sorts of different ways. Some are hands on. Some prefer to watch. Some need to skim the surface of many topics. Some need to dig deeply into one topic at a time. Some have a harder time to apply these competencies because they might be lazy or procrastinate. Some people learn best through movement. All have different interests. Interests are what cause each of us to pull knowledge in, that´s why we have to give it a 100% and also teachers have to be patient and teach with creativity, different ways, and passionately.

ResponderBorrarIn order to develop managerial competences a lot of team projects needs to be done, this is one of the best way to practice them as long as we’re willing to focus on getting better on skills like communication.
The majority of our classmates have develop this skills and competences thought the years of working on teams especially if they tend to assume the leader role but even If they don’t other “chargers” like project manager, material or time manager help to develop different competences or expand the ones you already develop on a certain level, on the other hand some of our classmates do not really care about the projects, less about developing and learning this types of competences which leads them to fall behind and not be such great leaders.
Space X is a pioneer company on the private space industry, this company is well known for his fast growth and top of the industry employees and technologies, a huge part of their rapid growth and success has been the way they operate, the way they communicate and organize the company helps them make active and pro active leaders in all sectors across the company, for this to happen in more companies they’ll have to train more their employees on this set of competences, ones they’ve done that with strategic employees the rest would follow and learn how to lead and collaborate in a better way.

ResponderBorrarA) How do you think the school can help in developing those competencies? Why do you consider some classmates have not consolidates these competencies?
Developing managerial skills is important for everyone and this is something we don't realize we also learn at school. According to the World Economic Forum, people management is one of the top 10 skills needed to thrive in today’s work force and talented managers experience greater profitability achieving success.
I believe that school helps us developing managerial competencies since school assign opportunities to the students according to Harvard University where we get trained in leadership when we work in teams with other classmates with different ideologies, attitudes and ways of responsibilities and emotions. Here students monitor and supervise the functions in the environment of the team and people they were assigned with.
With these projects we develop leadership skills, the being aware knowing how to guide and supervise others. Also knowing that in school people are prepared with study skills. When they learn from professors during classes they organize ideas and retain information which is important for following instructions at any circumstance.
But in some cases students don't pay attention to professors and they do not develop this skills making things hard in the future, also if they are in teams and decide to procrastinate or not do their work for the project they are not working equally and when they are in a business they won't know how to work with their company making everything hard and maybe het fired not achieving success.

How do I think the school can teach us about devoloping compentencies? The school can try to explain first of all what it is and why it’s important to practice it in your life and in your job, and the only real way to actually make us practice them is when we work in teams with several people, because wheather it’s intentional or not, when you work with many people who might not think the same way you do, you will learn how to deal with it and how to speak to others to get what you want and for everyone to have the best results. But why do I think that some classmate have not yet learned how to work with these competencies, because they don’t want to, some people happen to not want to change or to be better and they might regret it when their older. But why is it important you may ask, well the importance of competencies managment is increasing every year, companies are struggling more and more as time goes by to have good employees with good relationships with their co-workers besides every year more and more people do not want to put any effort in. So the remaining people who want or need a job must learn these competencies.

To develop the managerial competences, the school can include in some classes, teamwork. Because if some people don´t know how to work in teams, putting it into practice can help them develop the capacity and ability to do it.
ResponderBorrarThe more teamwork that is shown, the more opportunity exists for our eyes to learn the vital skills of compromise, dedication and collaboration
Also, by doing fun activities and not the same thing every class, students are usually more motivated to learn, work and grow.
Some classmates don´t have these competences because they like better working alone rather than working in teams. Some usually tend to do all the work and just put the other teammates’ names in the cover page. And some also think that because they are working in teams, they don´t have to do anything and the work will just be done by itself or the other teammates.
An example of a company with great competences is Taco Bell. It partnered with O.C. Tanner to thank their team with their new personalized service-award program, their people are now celebrated for embracing and putting into practice the company’s core values. This has helped because now, employees are more motivated to work better because they get recognition and celebrations.

ResponderBorrarA) How do you think the school can help in developing those competencies? Why do you consider some classmates have not consolidated these competencies?
First I think that the school can help to their students to achieve these competencies to get a goal. Here is what y thought:
1. Through all the years off the study of the kids in this school we can see that the students always work in teams, there is less works individually than in teams.
2. These team work help the students to achieve and learn how to use these competences in a different way than if you tell them that working in teams it will make you achieve these competences. What I already said it means that it will be better if you don´t explain how it work and only make them work in teams.
3. Developing or achieving these competences will help them in the future for their own jobs or their own business.
Second, I consider that some students or classmates hadn´t consolidated these competences because:
1. In the team work they don´t always or in any time use a different place in the work, there it will be the leader that can only leadership and don´t hear someone else, or in other case there will be a persona that yes, it had developed all the competencies that need to be require.
2. I think that not for all is easy to develop these competencies, that means they can be slowest than others, or there can be people that are faster than others.

Developing managerial competencies is important for all students and their futures. People management is one of the top 10 skills needed to thrive in today’s workforce given that companies with talented managers experience greater profitability, increased levels of productivity, and higher employee engagement scores, highlighting how vital management can be to an organization’s culture and success.
I think the school can help to develop this competencies in students by building students trust seeking to forge deeper connections with them by engaging in small talk before classes and learning more about their lives outside the school and encourage inclusive dialogue about personal and not personal differences, and be open to diverse viewpoints in discussions. Doing so can cultivate empathy among the students, leading to a greater sense of belonging and motivation.
Another important point to help students developing those competencies is by cultivating self-awareness on them. This core tenet of emotional intelligence requires introspection and an honest evaluation of the students strengths and weaknesses. Through engaging in self-assessment and turning to trusted professors to gain insight into their managerial tendencies students can bring out the best in their self and others.
I consider that the students that haven’t develop these competencies are missing confidence in their self and that they need someone to help them gain the necessary tools to consolidate these competencies.

A great example of a business that uses the competencies in their employees is Chipotle, this company focuses the most on three aspects: the benefits the employees have, promotions, and inclusion. Chipotle created a parental leave program last year added a mental health program and gives many opportunities for employee education. They care about their employees, not only in their work-life but other aspects of the employees’ life that can affect them, for example, education, health, etc.
ResponderBorrarAccording to Lotich (2019) more than 70% of the company’s general managers are the result of internal promotions and 70% of its workforce are people with diverse backgrounds. This company wants everyone to have an opportunity of working and having the same chances of being successful in what they do.
The company uses competencies such as emotional intelligence when they are able to handle their relationship with the employees in an empathic way, communication skills by being able to hear what the backgrounds of the employees are and try to help them in every possible way, manage performance when they create a system to manage their workers, for them to make a great performance by being consistent on the administration of this system, problem-solving when they hear and help their employees in what they are able to, and motivating others by giving them the opportunities to work in the company and that it is beneficial for them.
A way a business can implement a correct way for promoting these competencies is by having control and administrating that every one of them is being followed. Maybe hiring a group of people that can focus only on the elaboration and execution of these different competencies, creating a safe environment where workers are able to say their complaints and ideas and that they feel comfortable in the place they work at.

human resources development is about identifying, nurturing, managing, and using the abilities demonstrated by employees in order to help the company to attain its objectives.
One of the greatest outcomes to come out of the economic recession of the years leading up to 2010 is the introduction of courses related to work readiness and human resource management in schools, both high schools, and colleges, across the country. Most HR departments today require candidates to complete their applications online and so the new basics of education are all about familiarizing students with computers and computer parts. Even government agencies have joined in by creating educational programs that make candidates ready for work.
Students who end up looking for jobs still need skills in English grammar and mathematics. However, they may find themselves failing despite having these skills if they are not adequately prepared for the sometimes harsh reality that is a rigorous work schedule.
Some school districts are going as far as forming advisory councils for career education. These councils are made of industry professionals and local businesses to help them create educational programs that are based on reality and are relevant to the kind of everyday work these students will graduate into when they are done with school.

ResponderBorrarOk, first let's talk about what does administration means: Is the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling
the use of resources and work activities in order to achieve the
objectives and goals of the organization efficiently and
effectively.
there are lots of competence that we need to practice during our daily life in order to be prepare for the future and in order to start our company or our business.
We start practicing them since we are babies so that means that school is the school is in charge of teaching us this.
In my opinion the school teach us this by punting us in daily life problem situations that we need to afront them in the best way and the teacher’s guide us during all the process and they also help us when we have a doubt, or we don't know how to afront them.
But sometimes there are classmates that don't consolidate these competences.
I think this is because maybe they are not really into them, or the part of business retch ally don't catch their attention.
That may be a good reason, but in my opinion, you need to always be prepared and practice this competence because they will help you during all your life it doesn't matter if you don't want a business, these important competencies help for everything during your life.
So, I recommend you start talking them in practice.

Since we start to go to school, they start to inculcate us with these competencies.
School often uses the same methods to give the kids the materials they need to develop these competencies. They start by trying to make strong bonds between the children, this will make the kids understand a little bit of teamwork and support, then they give us certain classes to improve our knowledge in áreas like global themes or to improve our communication, so actually school is already making us develop some of this managerial competencies without us knowing it.
Even if school is already preparing us they could do it better by giving us tips on how we could improve even more. I took the trouble to search for some of this tips and here are they:
1. Get to know your team. As kids or teenagers we often find ourselves in situations where we have to work with people that we don’t like, but instead of just doing our part we should give it a try and get to know our teammates a little better.
2. Set clear goals and show the big picture. This will allow you to create a structured environment and clear objectives.
3. Take actions. As the leader of your business if you are proactive and productive in your life your employees will create trust in your abilities and they could even see you as their role model.
4. Admit mistakes. Admiring your mistakes is the first step to improving, as a leader you will have to learn to admit it and correct it by giving solutions.
I'm sure these four tips would be very useful for the students to improve their managerial competencies.

Sometimes we don’t see the importance of school until we aren’t there. Taking as an example the situation we lived these past year, of not being able to go to school. I had never seen so many people wanting to go back to school which has me thinking there is something very important we are missing and that online classes could never replace.
There is many things online school has taught this generation, personally it has made me more independent an more aware of the thing I do for my own well-being. Academically if you are responsible you can learn the same or more as you learned in face to face school. But there is something missing in these way that only face to face classes can give us.
Interaction with our teachers and our peers is something we need and it gives us many tools for our futures and strategies for our lives.
I believe the Managerial Competencies are based in the things school has taught me, like teamwork, communication skills, use of technology and making quality projects.
All of these skills are things that school gives you only if you want to make good use of them.
Teachers who include teamwork projects that stimulate these competencies are helping their students to be prepared or to have a base to develop their abilities to manage.
Sometimes maturity of the students depend on the progress of their skills, that could be an obstacle for developing their competencies, but as we grow we become more mature and aware of how our actions have consequences, either good or bad.
We decide if we make good use of the knowledge teacher and school try to offer.

ResponderBorrarManagement competencies are the skills, habits, motives, knowledge and attitudes necessary to successfully manage people. When developed, management competencies promote better leadership and contribute to business success.Leaders in your organization need to have proficiency in core management competencies in order to successfully execute the requirements of their position.Answering the question of how school can help developing those competencies on my point of view school can be a big guidance because competencies can be learned and developed by them, and it is important to define key management competencies and measure the proficiency of each leader, offering frequent assessments and feedback, it can be as simple as getting to work in teams so you can identify, understand, and anticipate the emotions, concerns and thoughts of others to have a better communication, also motivating others or your team, being able to see the potential in others etc. And I consider that some of my classmates don’t consolidate them because they don’t understand that they can’t do all the work alone. Effective leaders form a long-term view and share their vision with others. They encourage others to take actions that get the team closer to accomplishing their goals. By doing this, they catalyze organizational change.

ResponderBorrarSchool is a place in which basically everyone grows up and develops different abilities, among this abilities exist managerial skills like communication, decision making, organization skills, all of these are crucial in any kind of workforce and school helps us improving them through different activities like team working, team working is something people use for the rest of our lives, it has been proven team working help us develop organization skills and communication skills, there are a lot of different activities school makes us do that long term help us develop managerial skills, however not everyone has the same abilities this is because all of the different factors in each child life like resources, education, environment this factors affects everyone in a different way and this is one off the main reasons that everyone has different abilities, the other main reason is different personalities, some people develop way better communication skills because they are extroverts meanwhile someone who's introvert would rather not socialize that much but introverts get other abilities it will depend on different factors.
Finally as I mentioned before school helps us develop all this kind of competencies and thats why school is crucial while we are growing.

I think that the school can help to develop these competencies by using them as an example of good competencies to be able to have more control and effectiveness over the work and group activities, the two competencies that I chose are, Interpersonal communication and the other one is vision and planning.
I consider that some colleagues have not consolidated these competences because maybe not all of them are interested in these two competences and they focus more on others that can be very good and effective.

How do we define administration? Administration is the way in which a system is arranged to achieve the desired results. It is a systematic agreement between people to achieve some specific purpose. That is, have an organized system to achieve things. And if you ask me how I think that school can help develop this type of skills in oneself for daily use in daily life, it would be that they put challenges, challenges or obstacles to overcome them and thus be able to get to know these skills and to be able to develop them, creating that we automatically adapt it to our daily or personal life. I believe that this is fundamental, since school is our acquisition of knowledge, where we prepare for life outside, where if there are real challenges that one day we will face, then what better way than to be ready for that moment.
If I consider that many classmates do not have these skills unlocked, due to the time we spend with tasks, projects, etc. They do not show a managed attitude towards problems or situations, since it is noteworthy that they do not have this acquired experience where they can forge their administrative attitudes, that is why I recommend that the school show more challenges of this type to achieve this change in many .

ResponderBorrarA) How do you think the school can help in developing those competencies? Why do you consider some classmates have not consolidates these competencies?
Well, I think that first we need to start with the meaning of the managerial competencies, as we know because the explanation we had before; managerial competencies are skills, knowladge and attitudes necessary to manage people and help them with their grown, also they can be learned are developed varying the situation we are
I think that school can be a great help to develop this kind of competencies, because as we know the school is is a guide on the journey of our future and we learn the mayority of things that we use in our adulthood. One example of how school helps developing is when we form teams to carry out a task and each one must assume an important role, but the person who maintains the balance is the leader and he tries to make everyone feel motivated. In this section we are developing a lot of managerial competencies, the first one is the interpersonal communication by taking with the team and listening their concerns, other one is motivating others so we can reach a common goal and other ones that we think aren't important but they are present.
Unfortunately, not all people can be able to reach these competencies because there isn't any effort to put, sometimes they only deliver their homework and don't seem to have any other interest and it is understandable, but this can affect, since these competencies are not carried out in a favorable way.

ResponderBorrarA) How do you think the school can help in developing those competencies? Why do you consider some classmates have not consolidates these competencies?
Yes, it can help to develop these competencies. When doing teamwork, you need to communicate with them and discuss how the task should be made. In teamwork often they give us roles like a leader, secretary, etc. These roles could also give us an idea of what should we all be doing. These types of situations help you develop this competence. Another thing that can help develop this competence of teamwork is to ensure equal contribution when dividing the tasks.
School can also set you up to develop a planning competence. This is because, in higher grades, you can manage your classes and your time to do homework. It makes you accustomed to having your own schedule and control of your time.
Some classmates have not developed some of these competencies because they have not worked hard enough while at school, you can only develop them if you put them into practice. You have to take leadership in order to be accustomed to being a leader and giving others directions. Another thing that can happen that will slow down the practice of the competencies, is that lack of interest in practicing them, they don't put in the work and this will lead to learning nothing.

The managerial competences are very used in the work, but in the school, they can also help you. For example, they can make groups so the students can work together, and in every team, there will be always a leader that will oversee the work. In these groups they can explain the work they were doing and by doing that they´ll be improving their communication skills. Also, because they need to work together, they need to know how to behave in harmony and if there is a problem, the team leader should solve it by being the intermediary. The team members can agree on what is everyone doing for the job and that will be delegating the work in everyone.
In the schools there are coaches or tutors, or even the teachers can help the students in anything they ask for and by doing this, you aren´t teaching them how to become a coach in a direct way, but in what you help them, they will learn it, and in the future, they will be able to help others. Within that, the students can also see and know how to motivate others.

ResponderBorrarA)How do you think the school can help in developing those competencies? Why do you consider some classmates have not consolidates these competencies?
I think school needs to teach students how to really work in teams to approach a certain goal, sometimes people while working in a team think that if they dont do anything someone will do the work for them, this is bad because doing that prevents that person from developing the basic managerial skills if that person is not able to work in a team it wil be harder for them to be in charge of something in the future if they expect everything to be done without them doing something. Another thing that is important to take into consideration are values. Values take a huge part in the developement of managerial competencies, this values con be honesty, responsibility, commitment etc. They are important because if they don’t have the basic values they wont be able to work on their managerial skills, that affects them because when you are a manager you need to be honest and have good values in order to be successful and make things work between your employees and the manager. This also can affect an important competencie that is essential to management and that is communication skills, this skill needs values like empathy, honesty, respect, integrity, among others having those values help communication because people will talk to you just if you listen and respect what they have to say and that helps while trying to be a manager while working on an industry. All this would be easier if schools start preparing kids with this skills, so that they can develop develope competencies like managerial comptencies in the future.

It also teaches us to know how to be a good leader with values and initiative and a good team member, this will help us a lot in our future, whether working in a company or as a business founder.
Why do you think that some colleagues have not consolidated these skills?
I believe that some colleagues have not consolidated these competencies because not everyone knows how to work in a team or be organized or managed, because they do not work or do not contribute things to the team, they are not committed or punctual and these people end up affecting the team. that good results are not achieved and on the other hand there are those who do not mind listening to the ideas and opinions of the other team members and end up doing what they want without taking others into account.

ResponderBorrarA) How do you think the school can help in developing those competencies? Why do you consider some classmates have not consolidates these competencies?
Most schools and universities require students to solve problems in groups. In healthy group discussions, whether you want to or not, there will be leaders who proactively resolve the issue at hand and minimize conflict. Therefore, only through the mechanism of school education, leaders can be identified and their skills developed.
Some classmates don't practice these skills because they may not be interested in the subject or something like that, but in the end these skills can serve you for many things and it is best to start from a young age to put these skills into practice so that in the future when you have a job you give 100% in everything, whether it is teamwork, individual work, resolving a conflict, etc.

One of the greatest outcomes to come out of the economic recession of the years leading up to 2010 is the introduction of courses related to work readiness and human resource management in schools, both high schools, and colleges, across the country
HRM education is finding inroads into the classroom, with high schools and colleges alike putting a lot of emphasis on the readiness of students for the workplace. Students who end up looking for jobs still need skills in English grammar and mathematics. However, they may find themselves failing despite having these skills if they are not adequately prepared for the sometimes harsh reality that is a rigorous work schedule
With the internet a ubiquitous global tool, and other tools such as webinars, social media, Skype, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other forms of online communication being as rampant as they are, young people hardly understand person to person communication anymore
Through such things as education, training, and job profiling, companies, individuals, and entire communities are now able to take advantage of assessments, training, and certification. The criteria and testing methods developed for the Ready to Work program can be used by schools to test students and certify them as ready for work long before they begin to look for employment. This certification brings comfort to human resources managers since they will know that a client went through the program and is ready to transition in the workplace environment.

ResponderBorrarA) How do you think the school can help in developing those competencies? Why do you consider some classmates have not consolidated these competencies?
As we know schools are denominated as the only general manager or institution which could help you to understand and learn in all aspects of your professional life. Likewise, it is considered in a basic way that new apprentices, in the function of learning, take into account the factor of responsibilities, values and academic performance that they must carry out to overcome step by step. But at present for students of higher grades, that is no longer the only alternative to be achieved, if it is true, it is that they must instill teamwork and an understanding of the relationship with work life,
But our question is uncertain, or to analyze, is; How do we believe that school institutions can help develop managerial competencies in students?
Well, according to Maria Camacaro. P (2017) says; “That Management Competencies are defined as the abilities, capacities, skills, knowledge and knowledge that people use to carry out a position in the organization”.
In base of the last quote, as a first intro of this term, we need to know how it is and how it’s applied in institutions and organizations. If we are talking about business and financial terms of customers and clients, these skills are the most recommended for those people who want to be prepared for the business work with perfect preparation. But which will be the first line of that top if we want the new generation to get prepare with this new Managerial Competencies, as we know all the people most choose the College or Work life, but the real reason of this is that the schools are the once who needs to pay attention on this managerial competencies, to improve those new generations into better shapes of effective way.
As follows from the last paragraph, now that we consider the schools as a first priority to improve for the learning of Managerial Competencies; How can they achieve the way of learning the Managerial skills to their students?.
According to Braulio Raúl H. (2017) mention: “The teacher is committed to guiding the development of young people by cultivating generic, specific and professional skills and accompanying students in their training, in this way he also trains and develops skills. Teachers who have received training on the competence approach must apply what they have learned to promote the learning of their students, who would be receiving a quality educational service and developing skills for a full and comprehensive life”
As we read on the last quote, teacher are the ones who needs to apply does knowledges and their professional skills to improve the ideology of their students to make them more conscious and effective. But also, there would be the students that ignore does terms of Managerial Skills, because they don't have the mentally or the maturity to arrive at this case to work life. But is not their fault, we think is this the opportunity for does schools who needs to pay more attention on this cases, to make themselves closer to this important competencies for life.
