It clear to all of us that in order to have your company be a success you must invest in marketing or find a way to present your business to the specific public your headed towards. Some examples of big companies with good marketing would be Walmart, McDonalds, and Nike. But this time I’m going to discuss about American Eagle, why you may ask, I find that this brand has found a creative way to reach out to the public (which in this case are teenagers). They found a way to join both of the things us as teenagers are obsessed with: Tok-toks and celebrities, they made a video with Addison Rea, Madison Bailey, Jenna Ortega and Chase Stokes, wearing all American Eagle clothes and just having fun and goofing of in a field. I found this was a smart way of marketing because they were able to reach out to more consumers in a place they know we are all in. This video was of course published in each of the tiktokers accounts as well as on tv and in there most famous location in times square.

In a world that changes digitally every second, it is very hard to find ways to creatively spread information or in these case find a business strategy to share your product or company. To learn more about great business marketing we are going to look at Airbnb as an example.
Airbnb has make life easier to so many people that travel and look for accommodations. Their marketing strategy is aimed at getting both travelers and hosts for the platform. Their digital marketing consists primarily in videos that users upload to their social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Some aspects of Airbnb’s marketing strategy:
-They are Ad creative which means that their campaign emphasize all the ways rentals are homes, not just accommodations.
-They use guidebooks as resources that hosts can attach to listings, detailing restaurants, parks, and other local attractions that may interest guests.
-Neighborhood guides Airbnb curates locations from guidebooks to create lists of attractions that any user can browse.
There was one time Airbnb founders interfered with the hosts to help the company grow, they went to New York City to take professional photos of the listed places and as a result, revenue doubled and continued to grow.
The Airbnb marketing strategy, to make the process of accommodation booking welcoming and painless, is really simple. The value proposition to hosts are income generation, simplicity and safety, although there’s are hundreds of elements to consider to help guests find exactly what they need. Airbnb became a global leader in its field, and even competes with the traditional hotel industry. The lesson for mobile businesses is clear: the more work you put into digital marketing from day one, the easier it will be for your good ideas to succeed.

I think that marketing is crucial in an organization because at the end of the day that’s the reason why the customers buy products, or get interested on the organization because that way they reach out to their customers by using social media to not only communicate the latest updates about their team but also uses it as a transparent means to provide customer service. Also marketing helps by differentiating your brand from competitors, for example the cereals you usually buy the ones that look interesting because they caught your attention or because of they mascot for example Frosted Flakes also known as Zucaritas you buy them because of the tiger (Toño) and the memories of your childhood, and that is an example of marketing.
Marketing nowadays is having a lot of challenges, for instance Lack of fundamental marketing knowledge because businesses are struggling to attract and retain top talent, particularly outside of major cities. Ensuring your organisation is equipped with the skills it needs to succeed – of which marketing is undoubtedly one – is an increasing challenge, also customers nowadays don’t trust in technology because according to CIM (The Chartered Institute of Marketing) 73% people don’t trust technology platforms like Facebook and Twitter with their personal data.

BorrarAccording to Doerksen (2021), marketing can have a huge impact on how an organization achieves its objectives, some of them could be to promote a cause, increase its sales, or giving a better service to its customers. One of the things it can impact on is that marketing gives you an advantage: giving the customers a reason to choose your organization over another. It helps you to communicate with your customers to create a relationship with them and getting discovered by new ones. Marketing works because it creates a profit margin by increasing value received by the customer (gained by the relationship the organization creates with their customers). It also helps you to find the right customers that are looking for solving an issue that you have the answer to. Successful organizations need this kind of marketing to engage the customers, in a way it helps people to discover new products.
ResponderBorrarThere are several challenges marketing has nowadays, one of the most important is the increasing competition, most of the things someone wants to sell, are already on the market, so companies have to create a way to stand out between all of them and catch the customers’ attention (Shewan, 2021). Another challenge is having to maintain a certain publishing schedule, there is an incredible amount of people who tells you that you have to publish as much as you can, at least one once every day, this can create an unbalance in the way you are working, and because of the urge of posting, the quality can get lost and customers could stop being interested in that certain product or service. The last challenge I want to mention today is the fear of risk, mostly when we discover an effective way of doing something, we stick with it and don’t want to change anything. We are scared to the change, but trying to use different methods can upgrade the way of working, and help to achieve the company’s goals. Marketing is an innovative process that can be a big challenge for companies, but I think it is very important to consider it for having a successful business.

The purpose of marketing is to make advertisements and to bring attention to the company and/or product the company wants to sell, if done right, it can help to make more sales and lead to having more profit or capital to invest in more things. It can help to achieve objectives like a goal in sales, reach the new public, bring more attention to the company, among others.
The marketing department in many companies is facing a challenge where their advertisements are being seen, but instead of bringing new customers, they are repelling them; because of their advertisement placing; nobody wants their youtube video to be interrupted 5 times because of a product advertisement they are not interested in.
Other challenges could be:
Increased competition
You have to fight for customers with more companies than ever, many options for customers to choose from, making it hard to catch the customer´s attention in a place where many other alternatives already exist.
Managing your Website
Having a website for your company could make your product more available to purchase, but it comes with another responsibility, taking care of the website. Many companies hire a person to make one and to give it maintenance, but if you are a small business, it's going to be hard getting the funds to hire more personnel

ResponderBorrarEverybody knows that if you have a great marketing and come up with good ideas that call people´s attention, you are most likely to sell the products you want.
A great example of marketing is when McDonald’s teamed up with Travis Scott, who is an American rapper in September of 2020, they came up with the idea of a meal called “The Travis Scott.” The meal got so popular that ran out of supplies and had to get more when the meal came out. This happened everywhere it was released.
Not only did the meal become one of the McDonald’s bestselling menu items, and Travis Scott also gained something with this. They estimated that they gained around 20 million dollars combined with endorsement and product sales. It wasn´t the best number, but it was pretty good. The Travis Scott was the first time McDonald’s put a celebrity´s name in a meal.
People were curious about buying the meal because Travis is a well known celebrity. It was something the company hadn´t done in about 30 years.

Since its already known, the main objective of marketing is to look for your target audience and communicate the benefits your company provides if they had your product or service. In marketing we should also mention that is the perfect time for the company to establish strong relationships with customers obtaining, the value of a customer.
Since one of the principal objectives of a company is to bring more customers so the sales can increase every time the number of new customers start buying and if this is something constant the company could have a really good amount of money in the companies pocket.
Also, marketing provides loyalty to customers which refers that if the new customers are happy with their experience and products, they will continue using your products or services, buying constantly thinking that what they are buying is better than other products.
And if these customers think this way, they’ll start promoting the product to other people and here it is where the company achieves another goal which is to be known by new clients that were recommended by loyal happy customers and this will continue in a chain only if there is a good marketing beyond. And if it’s well done, planned and structured the marketing it will quickly go everything as planned or better.
And since it’s not easy and you need to think of new strategies every time marketing is facing new challenges such as reaching the right audiences since It needs to be the right channel, the right message and it needs to be sent to the right audience, also it has Difficulty keeping up with the continuous changes due to COVID-19 has changed consumer behavior and therefore changed how organizations have usually managed their business making adjustments to their strategy to accommodate and also focusing only on digital marketing because of the pandemic since there were more home-based customers, businesses started focusing on digital marketing rather than in-person.
And since there is nothing certain in life marketing is also something that suffers a lot of changes, but if you have good ideas and an strategy if there is an inconvenient your company will keep growing.

I think helps making and showing all the customer market what’s the vision of the company and how they want to be seeing it, and I think it helps for showing the customer what’s the product or the service is about. That helps the company to achieve their objectives of all kinds, like sales, it helps them to show what´s the product or service so they can sell it well, and it helps them to know what the company is about.
I think there is very much challenges in marketing, for example for the small companies is very difficult to shine among very big companies that are in the market so many years ago, so if you want to be watched by more people you need to be so specific in your marketing and pay so much money to the apps that have a lot of people, for example twitter, Facebook, Instagram and tik tok. But the company isn´t having the earning for running that type of marketing, so they need to know how to move your marketing and how and where show it
In the other hand we can see the big companies that are competing with other monsters, they need to make the best image that they can, so they have the sells that the need to steal having that much earning.

Large and small organizations are today competing for the same market and the most innovative and proactive have emerged victors. Today’s global economy has realised the importance of small organizations and are increasingly giving them the much needed support to sustain their growth. As a result, a company’s survival is dependent upon their wise marketing efforts coupled by financial operational among other functions within their structure. Social media avenues have been intruded by organizations seeking to capture the audience with their product and service offerings. Most of them have indeed attained much success and customers are more informed than they were a few years back.Also plays an important role in establishing relationships between customers and the organizations offering to the market. It gives us the confidence to want to try a new product in the market as opposed to situations where the products enter the market without publicity. Without marketing, our brands will not be illuminated and our organizations would be lifeless. Organization’s success is not only determined by the prudent application of funds to the various portfolios of investment but also by the relationship established with the customers, which is a function of marketing.

Ok, first let me tall you about what marketing is: Marketing is the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of your ideas, goods or services to satisfy the needs of individual consumers or organisations.
The main purpose of marketing is to increase sales. To do this, businesses create a marketing strategy by integrating the elements of the marketing mix - product, price, place and promotion. ... If the ingredients are mixed together in the right way, then the marketing campaign is more likely to be successful.
Now lets pass with the challenges that marketing is having nowadays:
Consumers’ use of multiple channels to shop, engage, and interact with brands provides both opportunities and challenges for marketers. On one hand, each interaction feeds to the growing amount of data available about consumers, which gives marketers more information about their prospects than they ever had before. More data means that they can target their ads much more effectively and personalize their campaigns based on individual consumers. And yet, without the ability to effectively organize and analyze the data to uncover meaningful insights, it is meaningless.
Identifying New Potential Customers: Having fragmented customer data increases your chances of missing out on new potential customers. You may misidentify a customer, causing you to think they are not a strong potential lead. However, you may only believe this because you are missing essential data. Their smartphone cookies might not indicate interest in your products, for example, but their laptop browser data still might. To fulfill your campaigns and grow your sales funnel, you will need a way to find new potential customers who might become brand loyalists in the future.
Maintaining a Consistent Customer Experience: Fragmented data can also lead to an incoherent customer experience. Having an incomplete understanding will cause your target marketing and personalization efforts to suffer.
For example, if you do not realize that multiple identifiers represent the same person, you might reach out to them repeatedly with the same offer and send them a coupon for an item they already purchased. This can make your company seem unprofessional to the consumer and may annoy them, damaging your brand’s reputation.
You might also want to provide sequential messaging to leads. To do this effectively, you need to do it across devices and understand which devices are linked to each prospect.
Maintaining Privacy: Marketers also need to uphold privacy standards while still using data to enhance their marketing and the experiences of customers. As we know, marketing is very important in the matter of companies, we can understand that marketing is an activity, and with this comes the process of creating, delivering, and exchanging contributions that for the customers have value. With that brief definition, we can sense that marketing has very important roles in different areas, but in this comment I am going to center in how I think it helps organization to achieve their objetives.
First of all, marketing helps to establish your brand, for small business this is essential as their starting point because with this they can know which difficulties will be on the path andhow they need to work to excel as a small business. When an organization has and objective clear the marketing help them by discovering the areas affected by organizational growth, with this organizations can reach their objective step by step.
Truly I do not know a lot about the area of marketing but, I think that the problems that marketers are facing are evident and more with the situation in which we find ourselves right now which is the pandemic, and which has made our lives change drastically. So after I did some research to heIp me by knowing more about the topic, I would like to start with the acess of data across plataforms, as we alreary know by times like this there are a lot of restrictions in the website pages that restrict the important information that marketers need to use. We have change a lot throught the years, now we know how to manage the internet but we also have put our restriction to it.

In a nutshell, the goal of marketing is to make the most of an organisation’s positive differentiation over its competition through the consumers’ perspective.
Strategic marketing helps in assessing the positioning and performance of an organisation. It is important to know what resources are at the disposal of an organisation at any given time. The data that is collected helps in understanding how well an organisation is performing within the overall competitive environment. This will also help the organisation in planning for future strategic marketing activities or plans.
Research from CIM has found that consumer trust is decreasing year by year. The survey of consumers found that four in ten don’t trust any organisations to use their data responsibly, despite the arrival of the General Data Protection Regulations, which aim to bring greater clarity to how organisations can use consumer data. Whilst this is an industry-wide issue, some sectors are affected more than others, with even more people (73%), not trusting technology platforms like Facebook and Twitter with their personal data.
This is not only a challenge for those looking to understand and utilise patterns in consumer behaviour, this is a problem for marketers looking to reach customers on the digital platforms in question. With marketers increasingly tasked with interpreting and predicting consumer behaviour, keeping a finger on the pulse of changing customer trends and expectations has always been a priority – but anticipating these in a fast-changing world is harder than ever.

Nowadays good marketing can be called as the heart of any business, without marketing no matter how good of a product any company it has won’t succeed because you never had the chance to reach your target audience, there are 3 main things that good marketing will bring to any business:
• It spreads your name
• Helps gain and retain customers
• Upgrades company´s reputation
Good marketing helps put your products in front line therefore it becomes the first option, however one of the main challenges for marketing is that especially for a small business it can be expensive therefore big companies keep getting bigger because they can afford good quality marketing that nowadays requires money, another challenge that marketing faces is that if its not well researched and planned the campaign will be unsuccessful and all the money you invested in the campaign will not become profit.
With all this mentioned I can conclude saying marketing is important for any big or small company, but it has to have a great strategy and needs to be planned in order to succeed.

These days marketing is vital to society. Everyone is constantly buying products or starting new businesses but most people don't realize that marketing has a lot of challenges,and there are a lot of factors that can make the difference between a good and successful company and a mediocre one. Marketing defines the success of your company because if you don’t know how to attract the audience you’re not getting clients, and as a consequence this will make you fail.
There are many challenges when it comes to marketing but I want to mention some of the main ones. In the marketing department, the publicity that they are releasing is not attracting new customers, instead it’s having the contraire effect, it’s making them go away. This problem is due to the excess of publicity, everyone is getting constantly interrupted by ads while they’re watching Netflix, YouTube and other platforms, this tends to make people desperate.
Another challenge I want to mention is the fear of menace. Generally when we discover an effective way of doing something, we stick with it and do n’t want to change anything. We're frightened of the change, but trying to use different methodologies can upgrade the way of working, and help to achieve the company ’s ideas. Marketing is an innovative process that can be a big challenge for anyone.

Marketing is a complex process and organization that provides communication, design, exchange and benefit to clients, consumers, partners, and the general public. Marketing is the process of management used to identify, anticipate, and satisfy customer requirements with the aim of making profits. An organization can only be successful if the right marketing strategies are implemented. Marketing determines the type of production and sales channels that a company uses for its products. Marketing deals with sales promotion, advertising, public relations, and promotions. The most important role of marketing for a company is to build a reputation. It is easier for retailers to dominate the entire market by creating a brand that customers can identify with their business. Marketing helps to increase sales of an organization’s products and increase revenue growth. Any form of marketing, online or offline, advertising on the radio, newspapers, television, etc. can lead to sales if the public is aware of the organization’s products. Marketing helps create healthy competition by controlling the prices of products and services. Marketing offers consumers and competitors a wide variety of services and products. Instead of a monopoly on a company's value, a company can use it to compete with its customers by offering competitive prices.

There are a lot of companies that invest millions, even billions of dollars to have a nice-looking image and to improve their sales. All of these companies are trying to catch our attention. We all have seen advertisement on Instagram and in the websites we enter. But there is one company that hasn´t spent a dime on marketing. This is one of the many companies that Elon Musk owns.
Well, they have spent money on marketing but not as much as other companies like Audi or BMW, that spent hundreds of millions of dollars on this. Tesla doesn´t invest on advertising because they have found the social media free promotion, which says “if you give the media an interesting story to story to tell they will reward you with free publicity”. This means that what they are looking for is to create good things that can change the world and giving them some interesting stuff, so the media will promote it because is a good story. For example, there was a hurricane in Puerto Rico and they were ruined, but Tesla wanted to help them by giving special batteries and solar panels so they could have electricity in the city. This is something good that happened and they took advantage for free publicity because the media will be talking about how they “saved” Puerto Rico.
Also, they have another way to promote themselves and is because there are people who record videos about the Tesla and how great they are and this happens as an effect of their great job at developing a really good car.

Now days technology is taking over everything, technology is used by everyone and we could say that most of us are dependent of our phones or tv´s to know what is happening in the world. This facilitates companies to reach any audience that they want. With one click companies can show products, stores, places and every little thing that can be sold. One of the most used terms throughout this decade in the business area and sector, mainly in the business administration career, is mostly known as Marketing, which is defined as the financial model of sales directed to guide companies and businesses that still do not have a strategic base to generate sufficient resources to start. Likewise, throughout the decade of 2010's, it has evolved according to the reference of the businesses that are growing in alternate branches.

(2019) mentions in his article called: "Impact of Internet Sales through local commerce"; "Through e-commerce tools, developing a digital project by creating an online store can offset the decline in sales in the physical store or significantly contribute to the growth of the company's business volume and national expansion and internationalization with the help of an online marketing plan ".
With all types of businesses and companies that are just starting operations, it is important to clarify the following stages of the initial sales model.

I think marketing is very important in an organization because, in the final analysis, this is the reason why customers buy products or become interested in the organization, because they use social media to reach out to customers instead of just exchanging the latest news about updates from your team. but it is also used as a transparent way to provide customer service. Marketing can also help distinguish your brand from the competition, for example, the beans you buy regularly look interesting because they catch your eye, or because they are mascots, like ice cream flakes, also known as Zucaritas, you buy them because of Toño and his childhood memories, this is an example of marketing.
Marketing is a complex process and organization that provides communication, design, exchange and benefits for customers, consumers, partners and the public.
