B) What are the advantages or disadvantages of the styles of leadership? Choose one style and mention the positive and negative aspects of at least that style
I think if the leadership doesn´t go well it can´t have the result that it need to be or it want to be.
But I think there is advantages that make people see and decide how they want to work, if they want to be heard or not, it all matters of what the team members want to be, because there is a lot of people in the world (7 billions) and obviously all think different, they can think similar, but don´t the same, so there could be people that always want to be heard or maybe not, is their own choose
Democratic:
Positive: I think one of the most important thing that make positive these type of leadership is that the team members need to be heard, that makes the team members to talk and say their opinions, so the group can reach the goals it need to be reached.
Negative: if the leadership didn´t make it well it can fall in ochlocracy, that means there will not be a real democratic, they will be no respect to the leaders and no really respect to the opinions of all the team members, that will make chaos in the team or the group that is working.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP Democratic leadership is a style of leadership where the members of the group participate more in the role and process of making decisions.
A democratic leader is the one who invites the people in the organization to be part of deciding or making decisions. When they are leaders, everyone is encouraged to participate and it leads to the feeling of being included or satisfaction.
The most effective way to find the best solution to difficult problems is to be opened and listen to the different ideas people have. A creative environment provides cooperation and creates a relaxed atmosphere where plans can be fixed, and you can share ideas, compare them and improve them. It encourages people to think outside of the box instead of always choosing the traditional methods of problem solving. It also allows them to go out of their comfort zone. There is a feeling of empowerment that the responsibility provides. When there is empowerment in the workplace, employees are more satisfied with their work.
Democratic leadership can also create negative emotions because people say what they think and their opinions, but some might not agree with them. Leaders that rely on this leadership style can find themselves procrastinating because they wait for the people to tell them what ideas are good.
Brandon gaille. (2018, 15 marzo). 19 Advantages and Disadvantages of Democratic Leadership Style. https://brandongaille.com/19-advantages-and-disadvantages-of-democratic-leadership-style/
Autocratic leadership is a style that is characterized by one individual having absolute control over a group and their decisions, just having a little input from group members. These leaders usually make their choices based on their ideas and judgments and do not accept advice from others. (Cherry, 2021)
This style of leadership has its pros and cons. One of the benefits autocratic leadership has is that it helps to make a quick decision, especially in stress-filled situations, this benefits members of a group to focus only on one task instead of being worried about making complex decisions. This helps the members to be better at what they are doing which is beneficial to the whole group.
The autocratic leaders tend to assign each team member a task, a deadline, and rules to follow, this way they can be sure that the project will be finished on time and in the best possible way. As you can see, this type of leadership should be used for example in teams where decisions must be made quickly without consulting with a large full of people.
Autocratic leadership can get to be overused or applied to the wrong groups or situations; this can cause a lot of problems during its usage. One of the disadvantages the autocratic leaders have is that people may get frustrated if they are not able to give their ideas, this can result in having a lack of creative solutions to the problems, which can hurt in a serious way the performance of the group.
Another disadvantage can be that in some cases this style can damage the morale of the group, because of the dislike of people not making contributions, the followers start feeling unsatisfied and suppressed. These types of behavior can cause the team not to work the best way possible since they do not feel satisfied with the job they are doing.

B) What are the advantages or disadvantages of the styles of leadership? Choose one style and mention the positive and negative aspects of at least that style.
The advantages of the style of autocratic is that if you are someone that is indecisive or doesn't know what to do in a job, with that type of leader you’ll get directions and know what to do, another advantage is that decisions can be made very quickly, since the leader doesn’t have to ask everyone it’s up to them, and a disadvantage is that only the leader gets a voice and other’s opinion don’t matter as much which seems pretty unfair to me. An advantage of the democratic style is that everyone gets to express their opinions and be heard, because it involves everyone, and a disadvantage is for people that have anxiety may not know what to do and do what others are doing and it may be bad for the company. An advantage of the laissez-faire style is that they fully let their workers use their creativity, resources, so it basically depends on the workers, but also that can be a disadvantage since the leaders don’t take much action if something goes bad with the workers they’re going to be held accountable for that.
I choose the democratic style, because one positive aspect is that everyone is involved in the business so it’s 50/50 and also that everyone’s opinion matter and can express themselves. A negative aspect is that some people don’t have the ability to express their ideas so they prefer someone else to have all the control instead of them.

B) What are the advantages or disadvantages of the styles of leadership? Choose one style and mention the positive and negative aspects of at least that style
I choose Democratic, the term in question refers to a form of government that can exercise the political power of the people. In short, formal democracy describes the government of the people and substantive democracy describes the government of the people.
Advantage: The right to vote and be voted for in elections by the majority of the population (universal suffrage). The protection of property rights and the existence of important private power groups in economic activities. There are multiple parties (not a single party). freedom of expression.
Disadvantage: Criticizing the system of face-to-face instruction. The most important objection usually attributed to direct democracy is its practicality and efficiency. It is laborious and costly to decide on all or almost all issues of public importance by referendum, and can lead to citizen indifference and fatigue.
B) What are the advantages or disadvantages of the styles of leadership? Choose one style and mention the positive and negative aspects of at least that style.
For leaders it's better to know the differences between the styles of leaderships knowing the advantages and disadvantages of each so it would be better for them to create new strategies according to their style taking in account the disadvantages they have knowing what to do if one of these shows up.
I decide to choose Laissez-Faire Leadership which refers to a hands off style where the manager delegates responsibilities to the team members with minimal interference and supervision.
Advantages: This can encourage innovation by empowering self-motivated employees to engage with their own passions and interests. it also promotes innovation giving the freedom to create and innovate new ideas and it also helps for faster decision making since there's not a leader while they work they have the autonomy to make their own decisions without waiting weeks for any approval.
Disadvantages: since this style depend on the abilities of the group is not very effective where team members lack the knowledge to complete tasks for example they might not really be sure about their part of the job they should be doing within the group and what they should do with their time. Also some leaders take advantage avoiding responsibilities for the group's failures, and if something doesn't go as planned the leader can then blame other members and this wouldn't be fair since the others doesn't have the same level in the company.

B) What are the advantages or disadvantages of the styles of leadership? Choose one style and mention the positive and negative aspects of at least that style
I chose to talk about autocratic leadership because it’s one of the leadership styles that I consider have equal sides positive and negative. Before discussing the advantages and disadvantages lets mention what autocratic leadership is, it’s a style of leadership in which is managed by solely one individual, this person usually is the one to manage a group based on their believes and experiences, and they rarely seek out advice or guidance from the rest of the group.
This leadership style is very helpful when the group has zero experience whatsoever, and lets mention the fact that some people just want to be told what to do, they do not want to think more than what is asked of them, plus as a bonus things tend to run more smoothly and efficient with this type of leadership, mainly due to the fact that there’s no need to deal with many opinions. On the downside of using autocratic leadership is that the work environment of this group rest solely on this one person, and lets add the fact that it does create a lack of trust between the group, and lastly its necessary to say that the group does not have a voice and it’s just one person speaking for and to them. But at the end of the day you get to decide which leadership style your most inclined towards.
B) What are the advantages and disadvantages of the style of leadership?
Democracy: I think this is the best of all the leadership styles because the power is divided in a lot of people, and it has not only one ruler. This is important because if the president is crazy, their decisions need to be approved by the deputies. The advantages of democracy are that democracy gives people the opportunity to be involved in their government. Because power in a democracy is under the control of the people and their voices, everyone must decide their own destiny. People can choose what they want. When the people go to vote, they chose the politic that convince them more, and the one they think is going to do a great job ruling their country or their city. Democracy like the other leadership styles also have their disadvantages. Democracy allows people to vote directly or through an elected representative on specific government issues. It is not known how the voters will do this. Or some will search all articles to express their opinions, but you should not participate in the service. This means that if people are ignorant, they could choose a very bad governor. We can have a lot of examples of people who taught that the one they choose was going to do a great job, but instead of that, they make a big mistake, and that led to a chain of bad decisions made by the ruler.
Trying to define a company by their size or by their industry is very complicated because every industry has its definition of a large, medium, small and micro, this is due to the enormous differences on the technology, and demand an industry gets. If we try to define a space rocket company with the standards of size of the automotive industry all space companies would be small or micro because they would need to produce hundreds of rockets daily to be consider an small or medium one, but in reality a space company that builds and launch 5-8 rockets a year is consider a large company
There is also a huge differences between a small car company and a small space company needs, from materials and processes to the workforce and expertise needed, But generally speaking a small company doesn’t need much in terms of distribution network in the other hand a large company needs to use or make a larger distribution network as well as a bigger workforce and overall better and bigger infrastructure to keep up with the demand and company goals, and in different industries things like expertise, materials, infrastructure, the location, the target audience, marketing strategies and many more are need to succeed on the different industries
B) What are the advantages or disadvantages of the style of leadership? Choose one style and mention the positive and negative aspects of that style.
Democratic Leadership:
This kind of leadership motivates and encourages teamwork, this means employees of any organization have the possibility to give their opinions about any kind of decision, this way there’s a lot more freedom when it comes to employee-employer relationship.
Theoretically speaking democratic leadership is almost perfect, it upgrades communication in any business or organization, it builds trust with the employees and gives them the ability to decide therefore it creates a creative business full of different innovations, however since everyone is allowed to give their opinion there can be a lot of disagreement so it can complicate the effectiveness of result in the company, another disadvantage is that if it’s not well handled it won’t offer a positive outcome this is caused because with this type of leadership some leaders may allow everyone else to make the decisions which long term increases the chances of wrong decisions and could leave the business in bankruptcy.
This kind of leadership is not for everyone, and it really needs to be well managed in order to function but as I mention it’s not for everyone and really depends on your personality and ability to delegate.

The autocratic style of leadership focuses on one leader that takes all the decisions and leaves little to no room for others to express how they think the situation should be handled. As an advantage, it can counter team inexperience. If an autocratic leader is put in charge of an inexperienced team, they’ll be able to get the job done by outlining specific instructions to follow. Another advantage could be that it allows for fast decisions to be made. When autocratic leadership is established in an organization, fewer levels of management need to be made aware of every decision. There is also little feedback from the different levels of management that needs to be addressed. This is because there is only one person and they take care of all the arrangements. This improves the speed of decision making as one person weighs the pros and cons of each option
A disadvantage could be that it creates a system of dependence. Workers are forced to rely on the autocratic leader for all their feedback, instructions, and work duties. If they face a decision in the job they are engaged in, they are almost forced to seek advice from the leader instead of making a decision on their own. Another disadvantage could be that it often leads to micromanagement. Since the reputation of the autocratic's leader is threatened, rather than the workers doing the job, people in such positions tend to monitor every detail of the work being done. Many authoritarian leaders have become micromanagers, making it difficult for workers to complete their tasks because they are always forced to report what they are doing at any given time.

Autocratic leadership, also known as authoritarian leadership, is a leadership style characterized by individual control over all decisions and little input from group members. Autocratic leaders typically make choices based on their ideas and judgments and rarely accept advice from followers. Like other leadership styles, the autocratic style has both some benefits and some weaknesses. While those who rely on this approach to heavily are often seen as bossy or dictator-like, this level of control can have benefits and be useful in certain situations. When and where the authoritarian style is most useful can depend on factors such as the situation, the type of task the group is working on, and characteristics of the team members. If you tend to utilize this type of leadership with a group, learning more about your style and the situations in which this style is the most effective can be helpful. Autocratic leadership
An autocratic leader holds complete authority over the company’s polices and procedures, direction of employees, and final says on the goals and targets of the organization. Such an extreme leadership isn’t always implemented by those in control, and also not accepted by employees, either.
I choose to talk a joint these style because I want to gain better understanding of how some organizations have implemented these approach and generated success.
The first person which I found on the web is Leona Helmsley (Helmsley hotels) She was recognized for her harsh and authoritarian leadership within Helmsley Hotel empire. Although Helmsley was often harsh and unsympathetic, her demanding and authoritarian style proves successful for Helmsley Hotels. Another example is the dogmatic and controversial leader, Elon Musk. He is one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the world today. He handles an autocratic leadership style at each of his various enterprises and he has overseen prosperity and success.
Something great about an autocratic leader like the examples mentioned above is that their decisions are fast made because the power is only in one person which decides whatever he likes. Also crises situations are handled easier shouts these leader because they are the ones in charge, usually their expertise can be used to create a solution. Employees aren’t always going to be happy with and autocratic leaders, sometimes it doesn’t offer a sense of professional ownership, they get to take all the credit for the work that gets done, and workers tend not to get ownership of the work they do because there is no incentive to do so.
Even if these business managers show that you can be successful using these style, this should not stop you from pausing and trying to consider how you can become a better leader. There is always room for improvement.

Democratic leadership:
Also know as participative leadership or shared leadership, is a type in which the members of the group take more participative role in the decision-making process of the group. This leadership can apply to any organization, from private businesses to schools to government.
The reason I choose this leadership was because I really like the model in which it works, because evryone is given the opportunity to give their ideas or opinions in a comfortable and freely ambient discussing with encourage. Even is the process of democratic leadership tends to focus onthe group equality and the ideas of each one, the leader of the groups also need to offer the guidance and be the one which the team can relay, because still the leader is in charge to decide the groups roles and which are going to be the contribution each one are going to made.
So starting with the "Pros"; Because there is encourage in the group they start to share their ideas and thoughts each one has, sothis can lead to better ideas and more creative solutions to defferent situation. Also there is more group commitment and this makes them more likely to care about the results, and last one but no less important that the others, there is a high percentage of productivity.
Moving on with the "Cons"; Democratic has been one of the most effective leaderships, but nothing cannot be perfect, it has some downsides, sometimes it can lead to communication faliures with the members and uncompleted preojects, because the roles are unclear or time is not enough.Other times some members may have poor decision-making because they are unskilled in that area. At last we have the minority or individual opinions overridden.

A leadership style is a leader’s method of providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people, there are many types of leadership styles, but one of the most efficient, in my opinion, is the democratic. The democratic leadership style consists of the leader sharing the decision making abilities with group members by promoting the interests of the group members and by practicing social equality. Research has found that this leadership style is one of the most effective and creates higher productivity, better contributions from group members, and increased group morale. Democratic leadership can lead to better ideas and more creative solutions to problems because group members are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas. While democratic leadership is one of the most effective leadership styles, it does have some potential downsides. In situations where roles are unclear or time is of the essence, democratic leadership can lead to communication failures and uncompleted projects. Democratic leadership works best in situations where group members are skilled and eager to share their knowledge. It is also important to have plenty of time to allow people to contribute, develop a plan, and then vote on the best course of action.

The types of leadership have the same objective that is to achieve goals with employees, staff etc. since it can improve the performance of the employees, their well-being or increase the profits of the company. Burnout in subordinates, lower their self-esteem or cause losses for the company. Autocratic Leadership Autocratic leadership is an extreme form of transactional leadership in which the leader has absolute power over the workers. People who are part of the employees have the opportunity to make their suggestions, even if they are for the benefit of the team or the company. One of the advantages could be that it frees all team members from responsibility for poor results, because it completely depends on the image of the leader. Make quick decisions. This is the ideal option in critical situations. It performs well in the short term, because the probability that the employee will not perform the assigned tasks is very low, since these are fully supervised and controlled.
One of the disadvantages could be: Biases in reality. There is only one point of view for decision making since the opinions of the collaborators are not taken into account. Low motivation Very focused on results. Team motivation takes a backseat. This motivation is gradually being lost as employees lack information about the importance of the impact of their work on the general objectives of the company.

Rodrigo Villanueva muzzi B) For this assignment I chose to talk about the laissez-faire type of leadership. What is laissez-faire leadership? This type of leadership is based on complete trust in your employees and the skills they have. It's a hand off type of leadership where they just offer you guidance and try to not get involved too much.
What are the advantages of this type of leadership? The advantages of this approach to leadership are :
It encourages personal growth, It leads to more creative minds, Innovation Independence Encourages team members to explore new ideas. Higher retention. Because of the environment of trust that creates this type of leadership employees tend to be more comfortable and as a result they stick around for more time.
Of course there’s also disadvantages like :
Lack of role with this I refer to situations in which there are no defined roles in the group. Poor involvement with the group which means that sometimes your employees could feel that you don’t really care about the project or the company. Difficult to newcomers. For the new members it could be confusing and they could struggle because of the lack of directions. Lack of structure. In laissez-faire leadership you often encounter a lack of structure because most times there’s no plan to follow.

A leadership style is a leader’s method of providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people. Throughout history, great leaders have emerged with particular leadership styles in providing direction, implementing plans and motivating people. Some companies offer the same leadership style while others follow different leadership styles depending upon what task to perform. It’s only the culture and goals of an organization that determines which type of leadership suits the firm. For example in the transformational leadership styles, the leader inspires his or her followers with a vision and then encourages and empowers them to achieve it. The leader also serves as a role model for the vision. But all of them have some advantages and disadvantages keeping up with this example the advantages and disadvantages of the transformational are:
Advantages: * It leads to a lower employee turnover rate. * Transformational leadership places high value on corporate vision. * High morale of employees is often experienced. * It uses motivation and inspiration to gain the support of employees. * It is not a coercive approach to leadership. * It places high value on relationships. Disadvantages: * Leaders can deceive employees. * Consistent motivation and constant feedback may be required. * Tasks can’t be pushed through without the agreement of employees. * Transformational leadership can sometimes lead to the deviation of protocols and regulations.

Positive things about the democratic leader are that they ask a lot the people´s opinion and in that way, they gather a lot of information. With this information they can do what the people told him to do because the decision was based on them. This has a great impact because they have a lot of feedback from the employees that work there, and their lifestyle could improve because of this. The democratic leadership can see the big picture because of the opinions he gathers. Also, he makes a better relationship with the employees because they´re going to feel heard.
Negative reasons: These leaders tend to decide based on what the people says, though, not always the people know what they want, and the chaos appears because they didn´t get what they needed. That´s why not anyone can be a leader, because they need to know what´s the best for all. Another negative reason can be that they take a lot of time while they are asking people around their opinions, when he could be thinking about doing something else. And finally, they don’t have anything strait, they are always going for what is more popular.

One of the advantages of the autocratic leadership is that it handles crisis situations effectively, like if there is a crisis in a company the manager of the company as an autocratic leader will make the decision fast that also is an advantage of being autocratic, another advantage of it is that it improves productivity because autocratic leaders are able to move information throughout an organization quickly so workers are less likely to stop their projects or ask for later deadlines because they receive timely decisions and communication from their leadership.
The disadvantages of being an autocratic leader or an autocratic leadership it’s that it does not offer a sense of professional ownership, this means that they get to take all the credit from the work that gets done. It also creates a system of dependence, so if the employees face a problem at work they are almost forced to go to the leader for advice instead of making the decision by their own. One more disadvantages about the autocratic leadership is that it creates a lack of trust Leaders must assume that their workers are not performing as they should, which requires their direct supervision to ensure results happen.

There are three types or styles of leaderships, they are democratic autocratic and laissez faire. Each style is different and they have different results, some of them may work for some countries but not necessarily for all of them.
The advantages that the democratic leadership has is that people that live in that country are taken into consideration for some decisions; however, there could be a time where a smaller group takes the decision and that can be a problem for the community. In autocratic a advantage is that only one person is in charge, so there won’t be problems with other people trying to make a decision, sometimes it can be difficult to have all the responsibility. Laissez faire the community takes the decisions and that makes the people happy, the problem is that people that didn’t get a degree to be a leader of a big community won’t be able to take the right decision for everyone.
In democratic leadership the community can vote to choose who is going to represent them, most of the time they choose the person that has the better ideas for that community. The problem I see is that in politics people that are in higher ranks tend to accept bribes to change how the system work. I think this wouldn’t happen if it was an autocratic leadership.
Having a style of leadership in your Company brings advantages like making the group have a target so they can work and get the company in a higher level, but also can be a risk to take because it also can lead to a bad result.
One style of leadership is Laissez faire. Laissez faire is in French and means “let it happen let it be”. It refers to what the manager leads with.
Positive things we get is it allows team members to maximize their own leadership skills, creating an environment of independence, provides the people with the most experience to shine by encouraging all team members to explore new ideas, allows individual teams to create their own environment and let leader be strategic with their skills.
But it can also lead to bad outcomes, because it creates opportunity for downplaying the role of the leader on the company, reduces the cohesiveness of the group, changes how accountability is assigned within the group, allows leaders to avoid leadership. It is a leadership style which employees can abuse, can be difficult to adapt to changing, creates opportunities for employee litigation and creates silos.
This style is usually used when strategic directors don’t understand deeply the business they are managing. Generally, this leadership conducts to low profitability and productivity levels.

A) If we classify a Company due to the size or the industry, what are the particular needs that a company could have depending on those two classifications ?
Starting with a company or an extended project about a business, it couldn’t be so simple to do, as we know we have to play attention into different ways and aspects to improve the idea of that business. By the way, a company is not the same thing as a business, we could describe that the difference between this two different words or terms are that a Company a refers to the financial system by which it offers services and products through official suppliers with sales licenses in which they generate income through the investment of business capital and the profit of their products and services that they offer on a continuous basis and a Business It consists of the sale and resale of products or services through the investment of a private or personal capital which varies between how much is invested to generate certain profits, all this process in an occasional and informal way.
So, right now as we learn the difference between Company and Business, we can start with our principal question which is; If we classify a Company due to the size or the industry, What are the particular needs that a company could have depending on those two classifications?.
Well, as we know most of the principal aspects that involve a Business, come from obtaining the 5 different types of business resources, essential to satisfy the needs of the business, among them; investment resources in materials and equipment, personal equipment resources and employees, financial financing resources and finally the resources for business administration. Among the 5 resources mentioned, one of the most important factors based on our question to answer, is the point of administration in a business, which within it the main author who holds this position is the one who directs, makes decisions in a manner correct and maintains a synchronicity with his team, that older character known as "leader", is the one who must carry out the preparation to elevate the company of place. If he manages to keep the following measures perfectly raised (consistency, effectiveness, priority, initiative and fairness, he will be the one who takes command to improve the capabilities of the employees below, for that reason I consider that it is one of the most important factors among the classification of Size or Industry in a Company.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP
ResponderBorrarDemocratic leadership is a style of leadership where the members of the group participate more in the role and process of making decisions.

Autocratic leadership is a style that is characterized by one individual having absolute control over a group and their decisions, just having a little input from group members. These leaders usually make their choices based on their ideas and judgments and do not accept advice from others. (Cherry, 2021)
ResponderBorrarThis style of leadership has its pros and cons.

I choose Democratic, the term in question refers to a form of government that can exercise the political power of the people. In short, formal democracy describes the government of the people and substantive democracy describes the government of the people.
Advantage:
The right to vote and be voted for in elections by the majority of the population (universal suffrage). The protection of property rights and the existence of important private power groups in economic activities. There are multiple parties (not a single party). freedom of expression.
Disadvantage:
Criticizing the system of face-to-face instruction. The most important objection usually attributed to direct democracy is its practicality and efficiency. It is laborious and costly to decide on all or almost all issues of public importance by referendum, and can lead to citizen indifference and fatigue.

ResponderBorrarB) What are the advantages and disadvantages of the style of leadership?

ResponderBorrarTrying to define a company by their size or by their industry is very complicated because every industry has its definition of a large, medium, small and micro, this is due to the enormous differences on the technology, and demand an industry gets.

NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE ADVANTAGES:
Allows for quick decision-making especially in stress-filled situations
Offers a clear chain of command or oversight
Works well where strong, directive leadership is needed.
OTHER DISADVANTAGES CAN BE:
Discourages group input
Hurts morale and leads to resentment
Ignores or impairs creative solutions and expertise from subordinates

Autocratic leadership
An autocratic leader holds complete authority over the company’s polices and procedures, direction of employees, and final says on the goals and targets of the organization. Such an extreme leadership isn’t always implemented by those in control, and also not accepted by employees, either.
I choose to talk a joint these style because I want to gain better understanding of how some organizations have implemented these approach and generated success.
The first person which I found on the web is Leona Helmsley (Helmsley hotels)
She was recognized for her harsh and authoritarian leadership within Helmsley Hotel empire.

For this assignment I chose to talk about the laissez-faire type of leadership. What is laissez-faire leadership? This type of leadership is based on complete trust in your employees and the skills they have. It's a hand off type of leadership where they just offer you guidance and try to not get involved too much.
What are the advantages of this type of leadership?
The advantages of this approach to leadership are :
It encourages personal growth,
It leads to more creative minds,
Innovation
Independence
Encourages team members to explore new ideas.

Advantages:
* It leads to a lower employee turnover rate.
* Transformational leadership places high value on corporate vision.
* High morale of employees is often experienced.
* It uses motivation and inspiration to gain the support of employees.
* It is not a coercive approach to leadership.
* It places high value on relationships.
Disadvantages:
* Leaders can deceive employees.

ResponderBorrarHaving a style of leadership in your Company brings advantages like making the group have a target so they can work and get the company in a higher level, but also can be a risk to take because it also can lead to a bad result.
Generally, this leadership conducts to low profitability and
productivity levels.

BorrarA) If we classify a Company due to the size or the industry, what are the particular needs that a company could have depending on those two classifications ?
